Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized items such as custom metal prints, mugs, puzzles, etc. cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer’s defect in the item. Clothing items are exempt from returns unless a manufacturer’s defect is observed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or the name given for the order.

In certain cases, PrintPal may accept partial returns or issue partial refunds at our sole discretion. This typically applies only if:

  • A portion of your order is eligible for return while the rest has been used or customized, or
  • The returned products arrive incomplete or with slight defects that do not warrant a full refund

All partial-return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse or approve such requests based on our professional judgment. If you believe you qualify for a partial return, please contact us at support@printpalcanada.com with your order details and an explanation of why you’re seeking a partial return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund credit is applied.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@printpalcanada.com.

Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless a manufacturer’s defect is noticed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@printpalcanada.com to initiate the process.

Shipping Returns

If you need to return a product, you’ll receive the instructions via email.

  • Who Covers Shipping?
    You’ll be responsible for any return shipping costs, which are unfortunately non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your item, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from that refund.
  • Shipping Time & Tracking
    The time it takes for an exchanged or returned product to reach you may vary based on your location. If you’re returning or exchanging a more expensive item, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service—just to ensure it arrives safely back to us.
  • Important Note
    We do our best to process returns quickly, but we can’t guarantee that your returned item will reach us without trackable shipping. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we strive to make your return experience as smooth as possible!
