Where we ship
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. For other countries, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
Shipping rates
- Shipping in Canada: calculated live at checkout from your postal code. Choose Standard or, where available, a faster Express option.
- Free shipping on orders of $300 or more (before tax), except rigid signs, stands, flags, backdrops and tents.
- Shipping to the United States: $15 for small flat items · $30 for most orders · $50 for rigid signs, stands, flags, backdrops and tents. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any US duties or brokerage fees are paid by the recipient.
- Local pickup — free, by appointment in Surrey, BC. We’ll email you the moment your order is ready.
How long it takes
Your total delivery time is production time + transit time, and they’re separate.
- Production starts once you approve your digital proof — not at checkout. Most products show their production window right on the product page.
- Transit is typically 1–3 business days within BC and 3–7 business days for the rest of Canada.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our hands it’s with the carrier, and occasional carrier delays are outside our control. We’ll always give you a realistic timeline up front, and rush options are available on many products — just ask.
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Large & heavy items
Oversized signage, backdrops, tents, and bulk orders may need freight rather than standard shipping. If so, we’ll confirm the shipping cost with you before anything is charged or printed — you’ll never be surprised by a freight bill.
Something arrive damaged?
